Dear all, We thank you all for your continued support with regard the campaign to try and keep Blakeney Surgery open. Please share this link widely. I have several printed copies of the form here in the parish office, if anyone wishes to collect a few for their community or indeed they are welcome to call in and collect a copy from either Blakeney Garage or Blakeney SPAR shop, where they will also find prepaid envelopes to return them direct to Healthwatch, although they would prefer as many as possible to be completed online, as it saves much time.
